Diamond Island: Investor hub of Phnom Penh
Diamond Island, known as Koh Pich in Khmer, is a piece of land located just a few kilometers south of the merger-point of the Mekong and Tonle Sap rivers. Diamond Island is separated from Phnom Penh’s Tonle Bassac area by just a narrow channel and connecting bridges. Now covered in the widest and least-congested roads in central Phnom Penh, this island is filling up quickly with residential, retail and hospitality projects aimed at affluent locals and foreign investors.
