It has beach resources and a long natural coastline that enjoys the reputation of "the best beach in the world in the 21st century". It is a desirable and pure place.

This project will be providing the best accommodation for staying which includes: Sea Cliff Hotel, Sky Tribe Hotel, and Sunset restaurant for dinner time. More interestingly, the project has consisted many types of properties, there are vacation villas, stacked villas, and apartments so the residents have alternatives for looking to buy their dream homes.
