Prince Huan Yu Real Estate (Cambodia) Group Co Ltd a subsidiary of Prince Holding Group, who is a well-known developer to Cambodia. The company will create a top-tier mixed-use project in the central business district of Phnom Penh named Prince Huan Yu Center. The project will sit on an area of about 7,129 sqm and have a floor area of around 140,000 sqm. It is an integration of 5A office spaces, luxury apartments and retail shops in two towers, one apartment building and an office building, spanning 39 and 34 storeys respectively.
