Phnom Penh, February 9th, 2018 – CBRE Cambodia has been officially appointed by DTT Property Management Co., Ltd., as the property management agent for the office space at Diamond Twin Tower, Koh Pich, located at Phoenix Bridge, Koh Pich. The instruction was confirmed at a signing ceremony held today at the Diamond Twin Tower showroom.
Ms. Borapich Dan, Chairwoman of DTT Property Management Co., Ltd., signed the agreement on behalf the building’s operator whilst Ms. Sothida Ann, Director, represented CBRE Cambodia.
Diamond Twin Tower occupies a prime position adjacent to a main entrance way to Koh Pich and comprises 2 towers, including a 32 storey serviced apartment block of 352 units, a 30 storey high grade office tower, retail space, leisure amenities and both basement and above-ground car parking. The project will come into phased operation from mid-2018.
