Condominium unit supply in Phnom Penh to reach 37500 by 2020

According to the recently released Century21 Cambodia Condominium Market Report H1 2016, the supply of condo units in Phnom Penh will reach approximately 37,570 units by 2020, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 56 percent for a period of 13 years. Yet, during the next five years to come (2016-2020), year on year growth in condominium unit supplies will plateau and move toward a downward trend, as the market stabilises with a CAGR of 33 percent.
