It’s official! Ascott Limited has recently announced a new venture through management for Somerset Diamond Bay Garden, enhancing the project. It will be housed within the building, occupying 10 of the higher floors in a 37-floor high-rise development. Diamond Bay Garden, a mixed-use development located in the Koh Pich district (Diamond Island), Phnom Penh, is a much-anticipated project to be completed within the coming years.

The project is a luxury waterfront project with views over the three rivers—Mekong, Tonle Sap, and Bassac—as well as views of the Phnom Penh city skyline.
