The grounds are surrounded by multiple gardens and man-made water features, making the ONE PARK the first-ever garden community within Phnom Penh. It's low-rise complexes structures range from 12 to 15-floor buildings made up of 1,334 luxury units accompanied by 1,614 parking spaces - a perfect combination for the next-generation of Phnom Penh’s residents.
GRED contracted PIVOTA, an established property management company to handle ONE PARK’s daily operations. In addition to partnering with a team of experienced professionals, ONE PARK already boasts an impressive set of partnerships providing the complex with services from SCIA Singapore international school, the Oakwood - a five-star serviced apartment operator, and the Lane - a high-end international retailer; the community is certainly shaping into a landmark of Phnom Penh’s commercial and residential progress.
