Our Sales Consultant role will primarily involve selling digital marketing products mainly focused on marketing the company’s real estate clients. At certain times every year, the role will involve selling booths and sponsorships for consumer-focused events that have set the standard for Cambodia’s consumer expos. Sales Consultants will be reporting to a Sales Manager, who is in turn directly reporting to the CEO. Sales training will be mandatory and ongoing, giving each salesperson the tools to sell by themselves. All sales activities will be monitored on a sales CRM system.
Salary depending on experience. However, those who pass probation must demonstrate sales success relative to their base salary. Aggressive commission structures for high-performance salespeople. Salespeople can make between 500$ - 10,000$ in commission monthly, on top of their base pay, depending on performance. Position based in central BKK1, Phnom Penh - staff will be provided expenses related to travel, phone, and data. Own laptop/tablet is preferred for a probation period (2 months) but can be provided if necessary. Not all applicants will pass probation, this represents a sales training academy and test for 2-month probation, and only high performing staff will move on to full-time positions. Sales is a competitive industry with high returns - so is this opportunity.
Minimum requirements:
- Khmer speakers + English speakers preferred.
- Chinese language skills are a large benefit but not required.
- Highly-motivated personality, independent achiever, and career-driven. Loves making money...
- Organised, professional, and punctual.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- Personal car/moto for travel to meetings is also useful, but not mandatory.
- Desire to learn and develop.
- Ability to handle pressure, sales targets per month and strict deadlines.
Relevant Experience:
- Strong sales experience.
- Experience in marketing, including digital marketing is useful - but not necessary. As is understanding of real estate agency and development.
- Network of potential sales targets is useful.
- Experience working with expatriate salespeople and sales leaders.
- Ability to use sales CRMs. (mandatory)
